Bar: All bar team must understand how the equipment works. 1 person to set up. 1-2 persons bartending during bar hours. 1 person to tear down.
Bar Open: Assembling the bar and equipment and mixing the cocktails (adding 1 or 2 ingredients to the kegs). Then Bartending (defined below)
Tear Down: Bartending (defined below), then disassembling and storing bar and equipment and ensuring proper storage of unused cocktail kegs.
Bartending: Checking IDs to ensure all consumers are over 21 years of age, pouring 4 oz. servings, monitoring kegs (levels and keeping them cold), and monitoring ice levels. Making sure ppl know they’ve find the CLiT!
